The Eyrie Vineyards established the first vines in the Willamette Valley in 1965 when we planted the region's first Pinot noir. This bottling of our five organically certified vineyards spans 700 feet of elevation in the volcanic soils of the Dundee Hills. We seek the most pure expression of the varieties we grow. This means no irrigation, no tillage, and no herbicides. In the winery, the wines are made by hand without extractive technologies and age in mostly neutral oak. Our repectful approach nurtures the focus, balance, and longevity which have become the legacy of our Pinot noir.
